Many Teams, One Purpose
Catholic Charities team members are part of a long line of people who have come together in community for more than a century to be present to the needs of our neighbors and bring our mission of charity to life. Our 60 teams and over 700 team members come from a wide range of faith backgrounds — and all are grounded in a shared belief that every person deserves love and respect.
Including roughly 600 team members, our Programs team is the heart of who we are, working on the front lines to witness hope and mercy as they serve, support, and empower people, families, and communities in need.
Teams across three other verticals support the work of our Programs team. Our Mission Support team equips us with support, systems, and solutions that advance our purpose and impact. Outreach and Engagement shares our stories, expands our partnerships, and deepens relationships that enable our work. And Client and Community Impact allows us to continually learn, grow, and improve as we challenge ourselves to bring our mission to life each day through our work and interactions.
