Bishop Goedert Residence is an affordable senior housing property with 70 one-bedroom apartments located on the Veterans Affairs Hines Campus. All applicants be at least 62 years of age or older, have a low income, and fulfill other Section 202 requirements. Preference status is given to applicants who are veterans.
St. Leo Residence is a permanent supportive housing program that consists of 141 furnished studio apartments. The property features common recreational space, a fitness room, a library, a computer lab, and multipurpose rooms for community meetings such as Alcoholics Anonymous, the residents’ council, and celebrations. The building is equipped with an elevator, laundry facilities, and 24-hour front desk security. Onsite comprehensive social services are provided.
