Our frontline teams lead us in mission each day, as they accompany and encourage the people we serve. Our Purpose, Team Philosophy, and Core Values are key to anchoring our culture and connecting and vitalizing each of our teams.
The job of our Senior Leaders, Board of Directors, Cardinal’s Council and Priest Advisory Council members is to equip and support these teams, as together we witness a message of mercy and hope to a world in need.
Mission Leaders
Catholic Charities is made up of 60 teams that deliver on our mission each day. That’s why our Team Leads and their team members are our Mission Leaders. We rely on our Team Leads to build our culture, as they develop and engage each staff member in our work. Each team operates within one of our Four Verticals and is equipped with a team mission statement that ties its work to our broader Purpose and operating goals.
Senior Leaders
Our Senior Leaders oversee and equip Charities’ day-to-day operations across our Four Verticals – to ensure that we can meet today’s need with courage, compassion, and excellence, while preparing ourselves to meet even more need tomorrow. Senior Leaders support and build essential systems, encourage and equip our frontline teams and Team Leads, and nurture and deepen the relationships both inside and outside our organization that are essential to delivering on our mission.
