Home-Delivered Meals
Eligible Lake County residents age 60 and older receive hot meals delivered to their homes.
If you are age 60 or older, homebound, unable to cook and shop, and living in Lake County, you may be eligible to have Catholic Charities deliver hot, healthy meals to your door every week.
More than just a meal, you’ll also receive a friendly check-in from a driver who cares.
