From pregnancy through childbirth and your child’s earliest years, our community is with you, empowering you to be the parent and person you want to be.
Doulas accompany you during your pregnancy. Home visits during your child’s early years promote a strong bond between you and your child and ensure their healthy development. Fellow moms offer support, understanding, and resources. And you don’t have to worry about your child’s basic needs — we are here to help, from diapers and clothing, to food and school supplies.

Pregnancy and Parenting Home Visiting and Doula Programs provide services to expectant and parenting mothers, fathers, and their families, including home visiting and doula services that strengthen parent-child interactions and family bonds. Mothers can receive services from the prenatal stage throughout pregnancy and the early years of a child’s life, including parenting education, community referrals, advocacy, free diapers, wipes, and essential items. More detail is below:
Home Visiting and Doulas – Roseland provides home visiting and doula services to expectant and parenting individuals ages 13 to 35 and children under the age of three residing in Chicago’s Greater Roseland, Altgeld Gardens, and surrounding South Suburban communities. Our doulas support expectant mothers and families beginning at 28 weeks of pregnancy, including during labor and after delivery.
