If you or your family lives in Chicago, suburban Cook, or Lake County and seeks a permanent place to call home, you may qualify for transitional housing support through programs designed to help you achieve lasting independence.
Families who are referred to our program receive help finding a subsidized rental property and up to 24 months of rental assistance. A dedicated case manager will walk with your family at every step, providing encouragement and connecting you to additional resources. Get help setting and attaining goals, achieving lasting self-sufficiency, and maintaining a home of your own in the community.
