If your family lives in Cook or Lake County but doesn’t have a permanent place to call home, you may qualify for help finding a subsidized rental property. Receive 24 months of rental assistance and a dedicated case manager who will walk with your family every step, providing encouragement and resources. Get help setting and attaining goals, achieving lasting self-sufficiency, and maintaining a permanent home of your own.
